Working On Habits

For the time being, lets not get into the numbers.   It also says, number varies person to person, based on commitment and dedication of that person towards it, the discipline a person has and the ability to work hard.  Keeping all this aside, lets focus on how can we make a habit? If you get this, the number of days and other factors are solely depends on you. What Is Habit?   First, it is important to understand what the habit really is?  For me, habit is such an act performed by my mind and body in passive way. Observing people is always being a good study within itself. Day in day out, we come across many people from different backgrounds, cultures, education and experiences. You find some of them interesting and some are equally annoying. Some gives you life long good memories while some teach you through a bad experience being with them. I observed, people have different agendas to behave with you and other people. Although it is all about how they are grown up and taught about, their behavior is just that unique one. Some people you never like but have to carry with you. These are in your life for no reason but are burdened on you by some rules of society or so. You dislike them at highs. Even you hate them. But you can't get rid of them by any means. You can't figure out how to deal with these people and so you just ignore them or avoid them.
