Frustration Or Celebration
“What the hell is this going on?” “When I will be out of this situation?” “Despite of really hard work, I had bad appraisal this year.” “I just want to leave this company.” Whenever I pass by the tapri (shed cum hotel in India) just outside of my company premise, I am used to hear these sentences day in day out. People go there to have a tea, snacks, etc. (in short, hi-tea) with their friends, colleagues and they usually have discussions as such. Though there are other topics I used to hear but they are unlikely to happen. I have a keen observation that people used to come there just to discuss their frustration. What more it include is their personal problems, family problems, financial problems, relation issues. Even for that sake, I heard about national problems, international issues as well. After finishing their ‘work’ at tapri, what happens? People went back to their ‘life’ and comes back next day to discuss some other problems. The most benefited...
